From the indulgent Cobb Romaine layered with chicken, bacon, avocado, and hard-boiled eggs to the crisp Caesar Romaine with parmesan and croutons, each salad bursts with textures and tastes. The exotic Ahi Tuna Poke brings a refreshing Asian flair with wakame, tobiko, and a bright ponzu dressing, perfect for those craving something unique yet wholesome.

Beverage lovers will find an impressive array of artisanal drinks to complement their meal. The cafe’s signature cold brews, such as the velvety Vanilla Cold Brew and the decadently smooth Caramel Cream Cold Brew, are crowd-pleasers. Fans of tea can indulge in the fragrant Hong Kong Milk Tea, the subtly sweet Lychee Black Tea, or the robust and creamy Thai Iced Tea with Coconut Milk. The standout is undoubtedly the Matcha Latte with white chocolate raspberry cheese foam, described by patrons as an ice cream in a cup—rich, dreamy, and utterly addictive, although a heads-up that sweetness levels might need fine-tuning.

Polaris Cafe’s ambiance is a key part of its charm. Multiple guests applaud the “coolest ambience ever,” highlighting the cafe’s tasteful decor, warm lighting, and cozy nooks that make it an oasis of calm amid city bustle. It’s an inviting space not just for casual dining, but also for studying or working remotely, thanks to its relaxed vibe and attentive staff who make you feel right at home.

This thoughtful detail, along with their accommodating service and order-ahead convenience, earns Polaris high praise as a neighborhood favorite where customer care shines just as brightly as their kitchen creations.

coolest ambience ever?? their menu is so diverse and has a wide range of things to choose from. i got their iced matcha with their special cream flavour (white chocolate raspberry cheese foam) which legitimately tasted like white chocolate raspberry icecream and was amazing. but, i have to mention that the matcha was wayyyy too sweet it sadly ruined the drink. i got mine 75% sweet, and i normally never order a reduced sweetness, and it was still far too sweet it kind of went down like a milkshake. so just a heads up order it around 25% or 50% at most. they do use a good quality matcha though. also all the staff were lovely.

Love this little cafe! They turn out some delicious flavors. I get the breakfast burrito and it’s fire every time. So many yummy options for lunch too! The order ahead option is great too. Overall really cool atmosphere too with small little nick nacks and sauces to purchase.

Polaris Cafe is like a big oasis in the middle of a city. This is my new favorite spot to decompress and study. It is very inviting and relaxing. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The prices are reasonable. The vegetarian, breakfast, lunch, pastry and dessert options are a lot. The specials for today are butter chicken and tandoori chicken over basmati rice. I got my drink for $6. I am very glad to see that it is not packed. I can literally just sleep here. It look so peaceful with all the plants and granite tables + the beautiful fountain and scenery out the floor to ceiling windows. I’ll go the extra 20 miles to study here. I really love the concept and would love to have my own like this in the future.

Omg, this place is really cute with really nice decor and ambience. The staff were very nice and fast. We got two drinks. The White rabbit and lychee black tea. Both were delicious and at a reasonable price for boba in this area. Really enjoyed all the small business crafts that were for sale as well. Overall really sweet place. Definitely a good spot to grab a drink and a bite to eat and work remotely. Definitely want to come back soon!

One of the best breakfast burritos of my life. Lots of eggs and veggies and they didn't skimp on the sausage. $16 is pricey but so are most things in California. Come here if you get a chance- you won't regret it.
